Shipping & Returns

Please confirm your shipping address before pay for it,your phone number is needed.

Items are generally shipped out within 3 working days after your payment.

The shipping time is about 5 to 7 days.(For most countries)

Our delivery are available to these countries: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia Federation, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States.We collaborate with local Logistics companies so that the freight is very cheap.We mainly use EMS and also support DHL, UPS, etc for special countries.
Return & Exchange

1. The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization and return address within 7 days upon receipt if you want to return your purchase.

2. Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and returning address.

3. All items must be returned in the original package.

4. Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return:
Bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reason for return; phone number.

5. The customer can get the refund within 2 weeks after we receive the returned items.
Exchange Guideline:

A. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process, that's to say, the customer has to pay the shipping cost for us to send a replacement item to you. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing. Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer service.

B. Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit (You're supposed to attach a picture of the faulty part). All items can only exchange for equal price replacements. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

C. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. To contact customer service for questions to obtain return authorization, please email us.
